Vault Silver has no deductible, meaning your benefits kick in from your very first covered service — no need to meet a spending threshold before the plan starts helping. You'll pay just $15 for primary care visits and $25 for specialist visits, with up to 10 combined doctor visits covered per year. Urgent care is available for a $35 copay with up to 3 visits per year, and the plan includes telemedicine at no consult fee so you can get care quickly without leaving home. Preventive care and screenings are covered at no charge, as required under the Affordable Care Act. For more serious medical needs, the plan covers up to 7 days of inpatient hospitalization and up to 3 inpatient or 2 outpatient surgeries per year, with 50% coinsurance applying to those services. Emergency room care is covered once per year at 50% coinsurance. Prescription drugs are tiered, with preventive generic medications available at no cost, and other tiers ranging from $15 or less up through higher tiers depending on the drug.
